Building maintenance

Our maintenance work covers varied tasks, including setting performance standards for an asset, formulation and delivery of preventative repairs, and responding to unplanned repair needs.

This allows our clients to concentrate on their business while we manage and/or maintain their assets.

Facility and asset management

We also provide facility and asset management services.

We focus on improving a facility’s performance while reducing operational costs and risk. This is done through management, energy conservation, life-cycle costing and analysis.

Services

Our services include:

  • condition inspections
  • maintenance planning
  • corrective maintenance programs
  • preventative service maintenance programs
  • responsive maintenance (all hours service and call centres) as a result of property damage resulting from fire, forced entry, vandal damage or storms
  • technical advice
  • specialist services (e.g. asbestos management and lead paint removal).

Maintenance Management Framework

Queensland Government agencies should also view the Maintenance Management Framework, the whole-of-Government policy for managing building maintenance.
