Booking and paying

Once you have confirmed dates, times and numbers for your function, call or email us to make a booking.


To make a booking, visit our room booking system

If you don't have an existing account, email us to register

Too book a room:

  1. Enter your username and password
  2. Select the room/location
  3. Select the date and time
  4. Confirm the desired room furniture layout from the available options
  5. Proceed to book the selection

Cancelling a booking

Please remember, cancellations must be made 6 or more full working days prior to the actual day of the function (see cancellations for fees).


Payment must be made by credit card, via the conference facility payment gateway.

If you need help with your payment, contact us on 07 3008 2746 or 07 3008 2747.

Payment of the booked venue is required at least 3 business days prior to the date of the scheduled event. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the venue made available for other customers.
