Booking guide

Our conference facilities cater for a range of group sizes, from small workshops to trade shows.

Our venues operate between 8am and 5pm. For half day bookings, rooms are available from 8am to 12 noon or 1pm to 5pm.

Food or drinks in rooms is subject to terms and conditions. Water coolers are provided in the George Street venues only.

All equipment as listed is included in the room hire price. You must book optional equipment.

Arrival and finish times

Generally, the facilitator should meet our venue staff half an hour before the event to help set up. Please check your confirmation sheet for your facilitator arrival/meet and greet time.

Please make sure all conferences stay within designated times.
