Building services

We can support your organisation by managing a range of building service contracts.

Some of the services we offer include:

  • horticultural services, including plant hire through GoPlant and landscaping
  • cleaning services
  • waste management services
  • pest control services.

Our consultants work alongside our clients to:

  • determine their needs (e.g. cleaning services)
  • prepare a cost estimate based on those needs
  • develop a suitable tender document
  • evaluate applications and shortlist potential suppliers
  • develop a suitable contract
  • manage the delivery of services to meet all contract obligations
  • manage all contract variations, contract recalls, or conclusions.

GoPlants

We provide a range of horticultural services to our clients including:

  • plant hire:
    • long-term and short-term plant hire for offices
    • short-term potted plant hire for functions, events and conferences
  • project management including landscape design, site reviews, planting guides, irrigation and maintenance planning
  • advice and consultancy services (e.g. examination of horticultural specifications, development of productivity-based advice regarding your compliance with industrial relations legislation and workplace health and safety).
