 Restoration of historic buildings

We offer a comprehensive range of heritage conservation services.

Working with client and tenant groups, we make sure the cultural significance of a site is retained while making changes essential for its new use.

This often involves the blending of heritage restoration work where significant building or site fabric is conserved.

We ensure all work is completed to current commercial standards.

We can provide:

  • surveys, reports and conservation plans
  • restoration and refurbishment proposals of sites, buildings and other structures
  • a review of historic landscapes including design and documentation complying with current heritage legislation
  • help with heritage development submissions to make sure that they are endorsed by local heritage councils.
