Accessing QFleet systems
These systems are for authorised users of QFleet's systems (e.g. agency fleet managers and QFleet staff) who can use these links to log in.
MyQFleet
The MyQFleet application is a modern, easy-to-use customer platform that helps QFleet’s customers manage their fleet and equipment from anywhere. Customers can gain full visibility into the operations, keep the team accountable and make decisions based on the reported data they can trust.
Betasphere
Complete the Betasphere access form and send to QFleet for processing.
Utilisation Management System (UMS)
If you go on leave or change your access
For data security, email qfleet-businesssystems@epw.qld.gov.au if you
- go on extended leave
- move to a different role
- require your QFleet system access to change or be cancelled.
