Returning a lease vehicle

When returning a QFleet leased vehicle, please phone your nearest return agent to make a booking and remember:

  • to pre-book your vehicle with the return agent to avoid delays
  • on return of the vehicle, notify the return agent it is a QFleet vehicle
  • to collect the vehicle, return receipt to be signed by an agency representative.

All vehicles should be returned with:

  • all keys and remote vehicle access devices
  • the vehicle’s handbook and service logbook
  • at least a quarter tank of fuel
  • spare wheel and tools
  • all accessories fitted to the vehicle that was included in the lease.

Make sure your vehicle is in a clean and presentable condition for an inspection. Please remember to remove all personal items and E-toll tags.
