Returned vehicle inspection
When you return a QFleet vehicle, it is inspected to assess its overall condition.
The inspection officer will complete a return vehicle inspection report that must be signed by an agency employee in person.
Booking your inspection
The returned vehicle inspection will take approximately 20 minutes. You should book in advance to avoid delays.
All vehicles should be returned with:
- all keys, key pads and remote access devices
- spare wheel and tools
- the vehicle’s handbook and servicing logbook
- at least a quarter tank of fuel
- all accessories fitted to the vehicle that were included in the lease.
Please make sure your vehicle is clean for the inspection.
