Public Works and Asset Management

Public Works and Asset Management provides integrated built asset and facility management services for a range of government agencies and departments across Queensland.

We take a collaborative approach to service delivery and pride ourselves on our unrivalled expertise that spans across four specialised businesses.

Our business areas and services include:

    • Building and Asset Services - plays a major role in the procurement and contract management of building, construction and maintenance services for departments and agencies responsible for schools, hospitals, housing, police stations, correctional facilities, ambulance stations and other facilities.
    • Queensland Government Accommodation Office - the Queensland Government’s central manager of government owned and leased office accommodation, and a broad range of property assets including parks, bridges and heritage buildings.
    • Government Employee Housing - owns and manages the Queensland Government’s employee housing portfolio providing homes for many doctors, nurses, police officers, teachers and other government workers stationed across the State.
    • Disaster Coordination Unit - ensures business continuity in the delivery of essential services during disasters or disruptions.
