Portfolio Strategy

The Portfolio Strategy Division and program areas provide strategy, procurement, communication, and strategic projects to influence change and deliver responsive services across the whole of Queensland Government.

We collaborate with other agencies through the Office of the Chief Advisor, Procurement, to build capability, and improve procurement practice and efficiency across the sector.

Through the Responsive Government program we collaborate with other agencies to build capability, and improve service delivery and therefore outcomes, to improve the lives of Queenslanders.

Our major work areas are:

  • Responsive Government
  • Strategy and Coordination
  • Cabinet and Executive Services
  • Communication and Engagement
  • The Office of the Chief Advisor, Procurement
  • General Goods and Services category management
