 Disclosure log

Documents will be progressively published on our disclosure log as soon as practicable after they have been released to the applicant under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) (RTI Act).

The Department of Housing and Public Works’ disclosure log lists the name of the applicant, the name of any entity for which the applicant may be acting (if applicable), a description of the information requested and a link to the documents.

Where an applicant does not collect the documents within the access period specified in the RTI Act and you wish to re-activate the application, details identifying the documents and how they can be accessed along with any applicable charges payable are also included on the disclosure log. 

In some cases, blank pages may exist due to redaction through the decision-making process, or deleting information under section 78B of the RTI Act will result in no text remaining on a document. Please note that blank pages will not be published to the disclosure log.
