Industry consultation on reforms

We are keen to hear from industry participants about your views and experiences of the security of payment building fairness reforms.

In particular, we want your feedback on project bank accounts, progress payments, subcontractors’ charges and adjudication.

The Building Industry Fairness Reforms Implementation and Evaluation Panel is an independent panel working with government and the building industry to assess the implementation and effectiveness of the 2017 reforms.

The panel will conduct a range of activities, including stakeholder engagement. Your comments and suggestions will help the panel evaluate the reforms and provide its report to the Queensland Government.

Read about the consultation activities you can participate in.
