Government Information Technology Contracting (GITC) Framework

The Government Information Technology Contracting Framework Version 5.02 (GITC V5.02) contains standard contractual terms and conditions for use in the acquisition of information and communication technology (ICT) products and/or services.

By signing the GITC agreement, suppliers pre-agree to use these standard terms and conditions in their commercial dealings with customers.

As a prerequisite to signing a GITC agreement with the State of Queensland, suppliers must first apply to become GITC accredited.
