- less than 2 working days before the course starts will not be refunded
- within 2–5 working days before the course starts will incur a $120 fee.
- can be made by prior arrangement and will not incur a fee.

Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances
Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances may be provided with a full refund. You will need to provide a written application with a medical certificate or other relevant documents and send it to email@example.com or:
