Privacy and access to records

​Privacy policy

Student information is collected on the course registration form for the purpose of training registration, assessment results, procurement certification and other procurement related matters.

You are asked to approve the use of this information by contracted trainers and assessors by signing the registration form.

Access to records

You can request to have access to view marked assessment workbooks and a summary of your results.

You can email these requests to courserego@qgcpo.qld.gov.au.
