What is the difference between an 'organisation' and a 'user'?
'Organisation' refers to the highest logical entity, which may be a whole agency or a part of an agency delineated by geography or function.
A 'user' is a log-in account belonging to an organisation, which may be used by one or more people. This means users belonging to the same organisation will be able to see each other’s work and collaborate online. Users cannot see the profiles created by other organisations.
Each supply positioning profile created using SUPREM will belong to an organisation as well as a user. The user who generates the profile can lock its contents, protecting against deletion or modification by other users in their organisation.

What if I forget my password?
We can reset passwords for the super-user account but we cannot see your old password, so you will be given a temporary one you’ll need to change. For all other accounts, please see your agency contact first as they manage all users in the organisation.
