Additional provisions

Additional provisions version 002—1 July 2009 (DOC, 1.14MB) help agencies develop their invitation to offer document. They provide various precedent/template clauses, schedules and notices about:

  • mail security screening
  • sustainability
  • professional contractors (previously known as consultants)
  • quality assurance.

We are working on supplementary provisions for conventional contracts, ICT conventional contracts, standing offer arrangements and ICT standing offer arrangements. We’ll release them for agency use shortly.
