The following terms and conditions for information and communication technology standing offer arrangements incorporate offer and arrangement conditions, and also link the contractual conditions of the Government Information Technology Contracting (GITC) Framework version 5.
Remember, the terms and conditions of GITC version 5.02 must be used when contracting a supplier for ICT products and/or services, including ICT consultancies.

* The ICT Standing offer arrangement—Invitation to offer (template) has been divided into two documents:
- Sections 1–5 which the customer completes regarding the requirements of the ICT invitation process
- Section 6 which consists of the response forms that need to be completed by the offeror and submitted as part of their offer.
It is suggested that agencies release Sections 1–5 in PDF format and Section 6 in Word format.
