Travel Management System
We have developed a streamlined Queensland Government-specific Travel Management System to help make work-related travel bookings online.
The Travel Management System adheres to whole-of-government policy (it is built into the system), providing access to government-wide supply arrangements for:
- domestic air travel
- international air travel
- car hire
- accommodation
- international travel insurance
- emergency assistance.

The Travel Management System also manages:
- travel policy compliance
- travel approvals
- travel entitlements and acquittals
- expense reconciliation.
Travel management reports are available in the Travel Management System, which allows individual agencies access to a wide range of travel data not previously available.
