Working with other local suppliers and partners across professional services and digital solutions development, the team of software developers and business process and transformation consultants automate and improve businesses processes.
Procensol Australia is a supporter of the Buy Queensland approach, through their commitment to innovation and providing local employment opportunities.
Launched in 2014, Brisbane-based Procensol Australia provides intelligent automation solutions for business process management, digital transformation and innovation. They specialise in the Appian Digital Transformation and the Automation Anywhere Robotic Process Automation platforms.
The business expanded and diversified during COVID-19, partnering with other local businesses to deliver a free COVID-safe application to manage the return of employees to the workplace as restrictions eased.
Managing Director, Australia, Dan Cooke says, “We use local resources wherever we can and often partner with other local small to medium businesses. We have a diverse workforce ranging from 21 to 70 years of age and put real value on both work experience and the energy of youth.”
“We’re keen to support local businesses with cost-effective resources and services. This includes providing opportunities to trial intelligent automation solutions for a 4-week period for free, including our professional services, to prove it will deliver the desired outcomes and return on investment. We’ve also been able to apply at least 10% COVID relief on our charge out rates,” says Dan.
Procensol Australia’s client base includes government departments, universities and financial institutions located primarily in Queensland with some interstate customers.
The business employs a team of 40 with 35 based in Queensland including 3 new roles created as a result of the new service offerings during the pandemic. They provide opportunities for graduate employment with their team and collaborate with QUT on research and development work.
