Generating a more informed Queensland
Aginic is an advanced analytics and dashboarding business that uses an agile approach to deliver digital solutions for UX-orientated dashboarding, cloud-service deployment, and specialised data-science solutions.
Aginic helped the Queensland Government improve its Check In Qld app to make data and insights available, helping contact tracers keep Queenslanders safer and healthier. They also developed an analytics-based model to predict hospital admissions, enabling hospitals to better understand the expected peak of the COVID-19 Omicron variant wave.
Tricare was another organisation to benefit from Aginic’s services, with their real-time visual data dashboard helping to improve efficiency and reduce labour costs.
“The new system enabled Tricare to continue offering job opportunities to Queenslanders, including in regional locations, and helped to ensure that residents receive acceptable levels of care,” said James Hayes, CEO of Aginic.
“Our purpose is to generate positive social impact while running a thriving business. We seek out opportunities to change the way the world works and start initiatives that we believe will benefit our business as well the community around us.
“Being a locally-owned business, our success has created job opportunities for Queenslanders, with 27 new employees joining our company since July 2021. We engage a number of local businesses and contractors, including our own training, employee assistance, accounting, legal and technology providers who all operate as Queensland-based small-to-medium enterprises.”
Aginic is fiercely proud of their Queensland roots while seeking to create a more sustainable and informed Queensland and equipping today's leaders with the tools to achieve more.
