COVID-19: Housing help is available
Do you or someone you know need housing help?
There are a number of ways you can seek help.
We are encouraging customers where possible, to phone our Housing Service Centres or use available online services. All Housing Service Centres across Queensland currently remain open.
If you need to find out about housing services, update your details for your social housing application, Bond Loan application or Rental Grant application or check the status or balance of your Bond Loan, please use the Housing Assist Qld app.
To support the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff, if you visit a Housing Service Centre, we will ask you a few questions about your health, whether you’ve travelled overseas recently and if you are isolating due to quarantine requirements.
Please remember, anyone feeling unwell should follow the direction of Queensland Health when considering which steps to take to protect their health and safety and call your local GP or 13 HEALTH if you’re concerned about your health.
