Collaboration and Planning Tool
UQ is seeking for a tool that captures full, enterprise-wide spectrum of media, marketing, communications and event activities, and their related tasks, risks and issues. The tool will be the single source of truth and view of media, marketing, communications and events activity. This will enable UQ coordinated strategic marketing planning, and effective forward-planning, management, coordination, optimization, reallocation and adjustment of workload and resources for media, marketing, communications and even activities.
· One UQ voice, brand alignment – to allow enterprise-wide collaboration on, and coordination of events and activities in marketing, engagement and communications.
· Integrated forward planning – to allow transparency and better visibility of projects, resources, timelines and volumes; to allow integrated resource planning and allocation.
· Enterprise-wide marketing planning for different audiences – to provide better visibility of audience segmentation for events and activities in marketing, engagement and communications.
