Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is undertaking a Request for Information for DJAG590.1718 Customer Workflow and Reporting Solution for Courts Services.

The Department is looking to understand the markets cpability to provide a solution with the ability to; manage customer queues and wait times at the court registry counter, help triage clients to appear in court based on particulart factors which might include their readiness and matter type. The solution would also need to be supported by responsive systems maintenance and, potentially, an external network.

The system capability will need to include flexibility and reliability with regard to: customer flow management, supported payment and transaction types, data capture and reporting, system administration, technical capabilities (including networking) and future-proofing.
