Tender Overview


The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for QEDSOA-92824 for the provision of Direct to Net Solution.

Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland acting through the Department of Education (DoE) to respond to this Invitation to Offer (ITO) QEDSOA-92824 for the provision of Direct to Net Solution to provide clean, filtered internet directly at schools and integration services to existing DoE technology and solutions as specified in the applicable customer’s Section C – DoE ITO Response Schedules. This ITO intents for the selection of one or more supply partners Direct to Net solution and integration services under a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for DoE.

The scope of this ITO and subsequent Standing Offer Arrangement, will include:

  • Supply of internet content filtering services at schools that meet departmental and school policies.
  • Supply of managed security services to ensure internet traffic at schools is secure and free of malicious content.
  • Supply of interoperability services to interconnect and integrate the solution with incumbent departmental services and technology.
  • Supply of professional services to assist in the deployment and integration of the solution at schools and with incumbent departmental services to the new arrangement.
