Tender Overview

Overview of requirement
The Department of Justice and Attorney General is looking to engage a supplier/s to provide ICT support services to the Department. The support services include:

  • Managed Services comprising of Help Desk and Database/Middleware Administration support, and maintenance,
  • Managed Cloud Platform (Azure hosted and supported), and
  • Software Development with ongoing support.

The services are required to support various applications and systems in the Department.

Timeframes
The date for release of this Invitation is anticipated to be no later than February 2019.
The invitation documents will be made available on the Queensland Government QTenders website.

Successful Supplier
There is the potential for multiple suppliers to be engaged on this contract.  A modular approach to providing the services may be considered by DJAG.
