Tender Overview

Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Justice and Attorney-General) in relation to Request for Quote (RFQ). 630.1819 for the establishment of a Contract for a Customer Workflow (ie. Ticket Kiosk) and Reporting Solution.

Notes
1) This RFQ is for provision of three (3) ticketing kiosks and related software, support and maintenance. There is an additional provision for three (3) low-cost queue management systems.
2) Suppliers are required to complete Pack B only.
3) Refer to Pack A for full details of the requirements of both solutions.
4) Pack C is provided for information purposes only. Suppliers do not need to complete this document
5) Should a supplier wish to submit an offer for both solutions two separate Pack B documents should be submitted and clearly labelled.
6) Shortlisted suppliers may be invited to do a presentation of their offer.
