Section 1

Tender Overview

Further to the advice provided on 1 May 2019, QUU would like to advise prospective Offerors that the Invitation to Offer (ITO) will be released on 10 June 2019.

Offerors are advised that QUU has developed a delivery strategy for water and wastewater capital infrastructure. These procurement activities are being conducted in parallel.

The procurement structure is as follows:

Wastewater Networks

The anticipated Wastewater Networks (WWN) Program will involve two contracts:

a.C1819 – Wastewater Metropolitan Program (WWMP) which includes S1 – S5 catchments; and

b.C1820 – Wastewater Regional Program (WWRP) which includes S6 - S7 catchments, Ipswich and Regional Councils.

Water Networks

a.C1817 – Water Northern Zones Program (WNZP) which includes zones north of the Brisbane River, Lockyer Valley and Somerset Council; and

b.C1818 – Water Southern Zones Program (WSZP) which includes zones south of the Brisbane River, Ipswich and Scenic Rim Council areas.
