Section 1

Tender Overview

Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) on behalf of the Department Environment and Science, are seeking offers to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) of experienced commercial divers to conduct asset inspections and maintenance services of  Public Moorings and Reef Protection Markers (RPM) in Queensland Marine Parks waters from Moreton Bay to Lizard Island. These services will be split into the following four (4) geographic areas:
• Northern Great Barrier Reef
• Whitsundays
• Southern Great Marrier Reef (Capricorn Coast)
• Moreton Bay
The works will included, but are not limited to inspecting and maintaining public mooring lines, buoys and tackle; RPM lines, buoys and tackle; and written reports.
