Tender Overview

There is currently a Whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement titled QGCPO747-08 Records Storage, Retrieval and Destruction Services due for contract end on 25 October 2019 with no extension options available.

Health Support Queensland - Strategic Procurement will be leading the procurement process which is scheduled for market release mid-2019.

SCOPE OF THE ARRANGEMENT

The Principal will be seeking offers from a suitably qualified Supplier or Suppliers for the provision of Records Storage, Retrieval and Destructions Services (RSRDS) within two (2) categories of works:

  • Category 1: Records/Item and/or Container Storage and Retrieval Services consisting of semi-active and inactive Records/Item and/or Container Storage management; Data Management Services; Active Batch Management Services and Active Record Services; and
  • Category 2: Secure compliant and certifiable Destruction Services.

A draft specification is available upon request from the nominated contact for Supplier feedback. 

Comments are invited under the following conditions:

  • Responses must be provided in writing and submitted via email within the attached word document with track changes and comments to be clearly displayed;
  • Requests to make presentations will be declined;
  • Requests to discuss the matter in person will be declined;
  • Comments must be received by COB Friday 8 March 2019; and
  • Comments will be tabled for consideration by the Committee.
