Section 1

Tender Overview

The Customer Experience (CX) lab is a service support initiative by eHealth Queensland to provide a single location exhibit of competing digital workspace products and workplace innovation across Queensland Health. The initiative will showcase innovative technologies and support services from various suppliers side-by-side within a “real world” environment (where possible), both directly to Hospital and Health Services (HHS) and the Department of Health (DOH), for a set period of time.

The intent of the CX lab is to demonstrate the:

  • benefits and enhanced user experience created by the digital workspace concept.
  • the competing digital workspace products.
  • the simplicity of deployment and management of different infrastructure platforms.
