Section 1

Tender Overview

The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to gather information through an open invitation to organisations that have the professional capability and experience to provide a solution and innovative ideas for a contemporary Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Omni channel, and Portal solution.

This EOI does not specifically include the provision of system integrator services however the Responder is to provide a description of the key requirements for a successful implementation of the offered solution and an estimate of the effort and potential costs.

Please Note: funding approvals for this procurement have been approved only for the Expression of Interest process.  Additional business approvals will need to be sought to proceed with the project through to invitation to Request for Tender. Information provided from responses to this EOI (Offers) may lead Energex and Ergon Energy Network, part of the Energy Queensland Group to change its approach to deliver and/or source the requirements.
