Section 1

Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the delivery of a migration and upgrade of a Microsoft Dynamics (2016) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, portal and associated reporting and integration services plus provide ongoing Managed Services onto Supplier provisioned hosted platforms. The Customer intends that the migrated CRM system will be Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements for these goods / services specifically include:

  • Migrate all components of the TSS System to a new platform within the Supplier's tenancy
  • Transition out of the current hosted environment must occur before 31 May 2020
  • Coordinate with QRA and QRA's existing cloud service supplier to facilitate the migration of all components of the TSS System to the target environment
  • Upgrade the existing TSS CRM application from Dynamics 2016 (on Premises) to Dynamics 365 (cloud)
  • Provision and maintain development and testing environments enabling ongoing development to support continuous improvement of the system
  • Provision of end user licencing for Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Ongoing support of the systems and users under a Managed Services arrangement
  • Provision and maintain a dedicated platform for the purposes of hosting integration services, and SQL databases for reporting and integration.
  • Re-host, configure and remediate existing integration services to ensure all TSS integrations with internal and external applications remain operational
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with Microsoft for maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics environment
