To meet service delivery needs, the original 1969 Beaudesert courthouse was demolished and will be replaced by a new facility that will include safe access for vulnerable users, a victim safe room and a separate, secure entry for those in custody.

The new courthouse will connect to the Beaudesert Police Station and accommodate for projected population growth in the Beaudesert and Scenic Rim area, through the provision of space for an additional courtroom which can come online when required by service demand.
