We are supporting young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to find a home.
Almost 213,000 forms of housing assistance have been provided to Queensland households, including emergency housing, social housing, private market assistance and homelessness services, during 2022 and 2023.

The Queensland Government is investing almost $5 billion in social and affordable housing.
We will have commenced 13,500 new social and affordable homes by 2027.
We are providing housing assistance and connecting people to support services specific to their needs.
We're delivering improvements for people who live in residential parks and retirement villages.
And we're ensuring First Nations peoples have a safe and secure home that meets their housing and cultural needs.
The Queensland Government is working with First Nations peoples to co-design Our Place, a First Nations Housing and Homelessness Action Plan 2024 to 2027.
Our housing service centres have provided 17,228 bond loans and 5,564 rental grants to help people secure a home in the private rental market.
