We’re getting ready to serve you better on the Gold Coast.

We’re modernising our Housing Service Centres (HSC) across Queensland to improve the way we deliver our housing services.

The Gold Coast HSC is being refurbished from November 2022 to create a modern and welcoming space, with improved technology to deliver our services.

The updated centre will include a concierge service to help customers navigate their way around and better match customers with a housing service that meets their needs the first time.

The Gold Coast HSC will remain open during the upgrade. You can also get housing assistance online or by calling 07 5645 8100.
