Queensland State Archives

These resources are available online:

Online database ArchivesSearch is the online public access catalogue of the archival collection.

Search Indexes provide access to information about people in the archival records. Numerous indexes are available and cover a wide range of resources, including: immigration, land settlement, employment, inquests, and divorces.

The Publications list includes: thematic guides to the archival collection, lists of archival records and are published as departmental guides, signposts, pathways, and brief guidesp

Gift register

This register shows gifts and benefits valued at more than $150 that have been given and received by the Department of Housing and Public Works and its employees. The register also includes any gifts given or received by employees of the Board of Architects and the Board of Professional Engineers. This may include multiple gifts or benefits, where their total value exceeds $150 in a financial year.
 
Sport and Recreation joined the Department of Housing and Public Works in December 2017. Please refer to the Department of National Parks, Sport and Racing Gift register for gifts and benefits that have been given and received by Sport and Recreations and its employees prior to 2018.
 
The Department of Housing and Public Works has new digital and government ICT responsibilities from December 2017. Please refer to the Department of Science, Information technology and Innovation Gift register for gifts and benefits that have been given and received by Sport and Recreations and its employees prior to 2018.
